Benjamin Dowling

Biography

Benjamin Dowling is an associate attorney dedicated to providing effective and ardent legal representation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 2023, where he was a recipient of the Provost Scholarship and the Virginia Hill Foundation Endowed Scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

In his legal career, Benjamin has built a strong foundation through diverse roles. In addition to his work with McDermott Law, he has prior experience in probate, real estate, and small business law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado and his home State of Texas.

Benjamin brings a strong analytical mindset and a passion for advocacy to his practice. His background in philosophy sharpens his ability to construct clear, compelling legal arguments, and his commitment to service—honed through his work with AmeriCorps and the Boys and Girls Club—fuels his client-centered approach. He takes every client’s case personally and enjoys working in an area of law where it is easy to find motivation to fight for their restoration.

Outside of the office, he enjoys time with family and golf lessons from his girlfriend, Krista.
